Bowling Green, KY – The Mid-South Conference announced the women's soccer Academic All Mid-South Conference team this morning. The members of the Champions of Character team were also announced yesterday.
In order to be nominated for Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter. Coaches nominate for the Champions of Character team based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
The Bears had a program-record 14 student-athletes named to the team. These athletes are

Chelsey Caldwell,
Riley Collett,
Latasha Dalton,
Kylie Gollihue,
Lillie Kluesner,
Sophie Kluesner,
Adara Lee,
Elizabeth Lukens,
Kylie Maynard,
Christin Mitchell,
Ashlynn Pennington,
Jada Rice, and
Emily Webb. Lee was also named to the Champions of Character team for the second consecutive year.
This is the third Academic All-Conference honor for Caldwell, Dalton, and Lee. It is the second honor for Bacon, Lukens, Maynard, Mitchell, Rice, and Webb, and is the first honor for Collett, Gollihue, Pennington, and both Lillie and
Sophie Kluesner.
