McDermott, OH – The University of Pikeville men's golf team finished up the Roger Merb Invitational Tuesday afternoon, coming in third place as a team with a team score of 615 (308, 307). Leading the way for the Bears were freshman
CJ Corum and junior
Broc Crist, who both tied for 6th overall with a score of 151 (75, 76). This tied Crist's best overall score of the season.
Also finishing in the top-15 for UPIKE was junior
Blake Maupin, who shot a 153 (78, 75).
Nate Feese finished in a tie for 25th with a score of 160 (80, 80) while
Tyler Ford (163) and
Nick Garrett (173) also competed for the Bears. This was Ford's best overall score this season.
