Williamsburg, KY – The University of Pikeville women's soccer team lost in the opening round of the Mid-South Conference tournament Monday afternoon to University of the Cumberlands, 8-0. The Patriots scored six goals within the first 25 minutes of the contest before adding a pair of tallies in the second half en route to their victory.
Elizabeth Lukens made 13 saves in the game for the Bears, giving her 125 total for the season.
Lillie Kluesner took two shots in the 37th and 74th minutes, with one on goal.

The Bears finish the 2021 season with a 4-13 overall record and will return to the field next year for the 2022 campaign.
