Bears Fall In Conference Opener At Campbellsville

Campbellsville, KY - The University of Pikeville women's soccer team dropped their Mid-South Conference opener Tuesday evening on the road at Campbellsville University, 8-0. They fall to 3-3 overall and 0-1 in the MSC this season. The Bears couldn't get anything going offensively in the contest, as they didn't record a single shot. Elizabeth Lukens made seven saves in the game for UPIKE, with six of them coming in the first half.

After the loss, the Bears will look to rebound on Friday evening when they travel to Colombia, KY to take on Lindsey Wilson College at 6:00 p.m.
