Bowling Green, KY – Just a day ahead of the MSC Golf Championships, Blake Maupin was named Second Team All Mid-South Conference Sunday morning.  

Maupin's junior season saw ample growth from the Richmond, KY native, leading the Bears in six of the eight matches played this season. His best performance of the season came at the Georgetown Collegiate Invitational where he earned the individual victory with a two-day score of -3. This was the first collegiate win of his career, while breaking the school and tournament record for lowest round. 

Maupin has four top-five finishes throughout the season, including a runner-up finish at the Boone Trace Invitational.  

The Bears are currently in preparation for the 2022 MSC Championships, held at Bowling Green Country Club in Bowling Green, KY. Today's practice round will be followed by day one of the 54-hole tournament tomorrow, Monday, April 24th 2022. The Bears will play 36-holes on Monday, finishing the final 18 on Tuesday.
