Dr. Meg Sidle is entering her fourteenth season as the athletics compliance administrator for UPIKE going into 2024-25.

In addition to her work in athletics, Sidle has served as the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at UPIKE since August 2002. She provides leadership, coordination and technical expertise for program evaluation; outcomes assessment; institutional research; institutional planning; completion of internal and external reports and surveys; and collection, compilation, and dissemination of data to support institutional decision-making.

Dr. Sidle’s compliance officer duties include assisting in the gathering and dissemination of academic and student financial aid data to support athletic eligibility, student success and fiscal accountability.

Dr. Sidle holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree from the University of South Dakota. She has a doctorate in Higher Education Administration/Consumer Economics from the University of Missouri.

Dr. Sidle has worked at various levels of higher education administration including facilities management, student affairs, academic advising, enrollment management, assessment, and institutional research. She has served both public and private institutions in six states, including a tribal college and an historically Black university (HBCU).

Dr. Sidle also serves as an evaluator for national educational grants around the country, as well as a consultant for educational measurement and evaluation.
