PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Football season is upon us. At the University of Pikeville, that means a trip to NCAA Div. I FCS member Morehead State (Ky.) to open the season at 7 p.m. ET at Jayne Stadium.

Fans can watch all the action live through Pike TV, which is streamed online or available on channel 99 in the Pikeville area. A radio broadcast is also available on Z107.5 Pikeville, an East Kentucky Broadcasting station and WIFX 94.3.

This is the first meeting between the two programs and a full recap, stats, photos and more will be available at upikebears.com after the game. In-game updates will also be posted on the @UPIKEAthletics Twitter feed.

The Bears finished 3-8 last season and welcome a large number of new players to the team, including a new defensive coordinator in Brian Williams. Morehead State finished 4-7 in 2012 and welcomes a new head coach in Rob Tenyer who had previously been an assistant at the school for 12 seasons.
