Box Score MADISONVILLE, Tenn. -- Donald Anderson broke free from the Hiwassee defense and booted in an open-net goal to give the University of Pikeville men's soccer team a 1-0 win on Saturday.
In their second road trip of the season, the Bears pick up their first win, improving to 1-2 overall. Hiwassee drops to 0-4-1 with the loss.
Exon Menjivar started the sequence leading up to Anderson's goal with a lead pass, allowing him to use his speed to beat a defender and burst past the Tiger keeper.
For Anderson, it is his second career goal after also netting one in 2013.
