Georgetown, KY - The University of Pikeville women's soccer team lost to Georgetown College Tuesday night on the road, 6-0. The Tigers exploded for five goals in the second half to run away with the victory.
Jada Rice made her first career start in goal for the Bears, making 14 saves.
Ashlynn Pennington (15th minute) and
Lauren Mulkey (72nd minute) put shots on frame in the contest but Tigers keeper Kacy Zimmerman was there to clean them up. The loss drops UPIKE to 3-5 this season and 0-3 in the Mid-South Conference.
