PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The University of Pikeville wrapped up the home portion of the pre-Christmas schedule with a 130-70 win over Virginia-Lynchburg on Monday night.

The win pushes the Bears 11 games over .500 at 13-2 on the season, while Lynchburg, an NCCAA school that has played eight games against NCAA Div. I competition, is 0-16.

It was the first time the Bears have scored 100 in a regulation game since scoring 110 against Appalachian Bible College on Dec. 11, 2021, and the most points they've posted since scoring 142 on Nov. 12, 2021 against the same program.

In addition, they dominated on the glass, 41-20.
