Brett Blasco is in his third season on the UPIKE coaching staff, spending the previous two as a graduate assistant before moving full time to the quarterbacks and video coordinator position in 2017.

Despite injuries at the position throughout the 2016 season, Blasco helped three UPIKE quarterbacks throw for more than 500 yards, including week-one starter Sani Warren who finished with 717 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions in just three games played.

Prior to joining the Bears, Blasco coached the quarterbacks at Victor Valley College and was on the coaching staff at U.S. Grant High School.

A native of Glendale, Calif., Blasco earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Oklahoma and his M.B.A. at UPIKE.
