Will Heineman in his fifth season at UPIKE, serving as the offensive line and strength and conditioning coach.

Heineman’s previous coaching stops include one season at Kentucky Wesleyan College and two more at Lexington Catholic High School. During his tenure at Catholic, the Knights won 16 games and earned two trips to the Kentucky Class 4-A State Playoffs. He also taught health education.

The Louisville, Ky., native also coached for three seasons at his alma mater and national powerhouse Trinity High School, where the Shamrocks won three straight state championships from 2006 to 2008.

Heineman played at Eastern Kentucky University on the offensive line. Following EKU, he played professionally with the Lexington Horsemen of the United Indoor Football League and the Nashville Kats of the Arena Football League.

Heineman graduated from EKU with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Fitness and Wellness Management in 2008.
