Dwayne Felder enters his first season as a graduate assistant with the UPIKE men's basketball program in 2021-2022. Felder spent last season as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Bryn Athyn College in Philadelphia, Pa. While at Bryn Athyn, Felder’s responsibilities included recruiting, opponent scouting reports, game and practice planning, skill development, advanced statistical analysis, and fundraising.

In his lone season at Bryn Athyn, Felder assisted the men's basketball team in placing eleven student-athletes on the Fall and Spring All CSAC Academic Team, and the team was awarded the Academic Excellence Award from Bryn Athyn College for securing the highest team GPA in the 2020-21 academic year. For the first time in program history, two players were named to the NABC Honors Court and the Lions earned the NABC Academic Excellence Award for their work in the classroom.

Before Bryn Athyn, Felder was the 10th grade head coach of Team PASSION Elite AAU from 2017 to 2019. Felder was in charge of recruiting, player development, practice planning, and scouting. Felder coached 12 players that went on to earn TSSAA All-District honors and five that notched TSSAA All-Region recognition.

His coaching career began in 2014 as the head coach of the boys’ basketball team at Keswick Christian Academy in Saint Petersburg, Fla.

As a collegiate student-athlete, Felder spent two seasons at Clarks Summit University from 2015 to 2017 and was a team captain as a sophomore. For the final two years of his collegiate career, Felder played for Johnson University in Knoxville. In 2019, the Royals won the Mid-South Regional Tournament and made it to the Final Four at the National Christian College Athletic Association Division II National Tournament.

Felder earned a degree in sport/fitness leadership and physical education from Johnson University in May 2020.
