UPIKE Athletics

Jodi Ansert is entering her first season as an assistant coach for the UPIKE women’s basketball team in 2019-20.

Ansert comes to UPIKE with extensive experience in coaching and communications. Prior to Pikeville, Ansert served as a student assistant at Georgetown College for two seasons where she helped coaches develop and set up practice plans and game plans.

In addition to her coaching experience, Ansert also worked in the Georgetown sports information department, providing color commentary for both Georgetown men’s and women’s basketball.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Ansert graduated from Georgetown College with a bachelor’s degree in sports administration and communication.
