Ralph Hood is in his second season as the head coach of the UPIKE women’s tennis team, while also serving as an assistant with the men’s team since it was brought back to the school in 2011.

During his first season in 2013, Hood led the Bears to a 2-9 overall record and 2-6 mark in Mid-South Conference play. The league wins were registered against Bluefield 5-2 and St. Catharine 7-0.
