PIKEVILLE, Ky. – After a thrilling start to the 2013 season with a 13-10 win at NCAA Div. I FCS Morehead State, the University of Pikeville football team looks to continue the success against Mid-South Conference East Division foe Bluefield (Va.) at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday at the W.C. Hambley Athletic Complex.
The matchup is the conference opener for both programs, while the Rams are looking for their first win since resurrecting their program in 2012 after losing 57-28 at Point (Ga.) last week.

Pikeville benefited from a pair of 100-yard rushers at Morehead State with
Seth Millar and
Marquis Terrell both proving hard to stop.
Jade Haddix and
Chris Watson led the defense with eight tackles each.
Last season the Bears handled Bluefield on the road 42-28 to open the season.
