Columbia, KY – The University of Pikeville men's soccer team dropped a road contest Friday night to Lindsey Wilson College, 3-0. After a scoreless first half, the Blue Raider offense found the back of the net in the 60th minute off a corner kick.

Jalen Smith made 11 saves in the contest.
This loss drops UPIKE to 0-4 this season and 0-2 in the Mid-South Conference. They will see the field next when they travel to Georgetown to take on the Tigers on Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m.
Scoreless First Half
The Bears played great defense to keep the game scoreless, which is the first time ever that UPIKE held Lindsey Wilson off the board in the first half. The Blue Raiders took 13 shots in the half, with Smith making five saves for UPIKE.
Blue Raiders Find The Net
In the 60
th minute, Lindsey Wilson sent a corner kick into the box where they found the net on a header to make it 1-0. They added scores in the 72nd and 85th minutes in their eventual 3-0 victory.
