Johnson City, TN - The University of Pikeville men's soccer team lost to No. 12 Milligan University Thursday on the road, 12-0. The Buffaloes scored a pair of goals within the first 10 minutes of the contest and never looked back, scoring seven goals in the first half and five goals in the second half.
The Bears took five shots in the game, with three in the first half and two in the second half. Their first two shots were on goal, with one coming from
Logan Cales in the 13th minute and the other from
Richard Wohl in the 33rd minute. Wohl would end the game with two shots taken for UPIKE. Defensively,
Jalen Smith made four saves while
Adam Di Millo and
Gabriel Torres both made two saves in the contest.

This loss drops the Bears to 0-6 this season as they will return to Mid-South Conference action Saturday afternoon in Pikeville on the Bob Amos Grass Field when they host the Thomas More University Saints at 4:00 p.m.
