How It Happened
Darius Love got the crowd rocking with a fast break dunk to give the Bears a 12-10 lead before a 6-0 Blue Raider rally gave them their largest lead at 16-12. As mentioned, after five points by Duling, the Bears took a 17-16 advantage and never looked back. This turned into an 18-0 run by UPIKE and gave them a commanding 30-16 lead with 2:31 to play in the first half. They would hold a 32-20 advantage at the break, with Taevon Horton's seven points leading the way.

The lead would continue to grow in the second half, with the Bears keeping a solid lead throughout. A 7-0 flurry from the Blue Raiders cut the lead to eight at 44-36 with 9:29 remaining, but UPIKE answered with a 9-0 run and crushed any hopes of a Lindsey Wilson comeback. The Bears would come away with a comfortable 66-45 win.
