Bowling Green, KY – The Mid-South Conference announced the men's bowling Academic All Mid-South Conference and Champions of Character teams this afternoon. In order to be nominated for Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.
The Bears had a Mid-South Conference leading 11 players selected to the team this morning. These athletes are
Matteo Cittadino,
Jeffrey Dovenbarger,
Nicholas Golic,
John Holyfield,
Lukas Lehmann,
Dylan Mishak,
Bryce Oliver,
Jacob Schrock,
Joshua Seymore,
Parker Spencer, and
Hayden Word.
This is the third honor for both Holyfield and Word, while Cittadino and Golic are both being honored for the second times in their career. It's the first honor for Dovenbarger, Lehmann, Mishak, Oliver, Schrock, Seymore, and Spencer. Holyfield was also named to the Champions of Character team for the third straight year.
