Bowling Green, KY – UPIKE archery landed seven student-athletes on the MSC All-Academic list, announced by conference officials Wednesday morning.
Four sophomores, two juniors, and a senior represented the Bears as recipients of the academic honor.
Sophomores
Emily Dendinger,
Evan Flores,
Anastasia McFarland, and
Kynsley Redmon made the list for the Bears, all earning their second consecutive MSC academic distinction.
Representing the junior class is
Brooke Fannin and
Anna Scarbrough. The award is the first for Fannin and the second for Scarbrough who also won the award following the 2020-21 season.
Kirklin Newsome was the lone senior to earn academic recognition, doing so for the third straight season.
A total of 56 archers from the Mid-South Conference earned Academic All-Conference honors. In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.
