Bowling Green, KY – For the fourth time during the outdoor season, Noah Thomas has been named Mid-South Conference Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week. He was named Indoor Field Athlete of the Week twice during the winter.

At the MSC Outdoor Championships on Sunday in Williamsburg, KY, Thomas won the conference championship in the Hammer Throw with a personal best throw of 51.35m. This beat the field by over four meters. In the javelin throw, he set another personal best with a mark of 47.59m to finish in second place.

This afternoon, he finished fifth in both the shot put (13.63m) and discus throw (42.28m). This gives Thomas a total of 26 points over the four events. Thomas is slated to represent the Bears in the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in the discus later this month.
