HARRISONBURG, Va. - UPIKE archery competed at the 56th USA Archery Indoor Nationals this weekend.
On the women's side, Olivia Hale competed in the senior recurve and collegiate recurve. Hale shot 1,139, earning her gold in collegiate and silver in senior. In the collegiate fixed pins, Hunter Tunstill earned a gold medal after recording a score of 1,152. Emma Willis also collected some medals after shooting a 1,134, taking the gold in collegiate compound and silver in compound senior.
On the men's side, John Shelby Stephens recorded some great scores in the U21 barebow and collegiate barebow events. Stephens shot a 936 and earned gold in both events.
Next up for the Bears are the Mid-South Conference Outdoor Regionals in Williamsburg, Ky.
