The men's tennis team at the University of Pikeville returned to Bob Amos Park on Monday afternoon, sweeping the Koalas of Columbia College 7-0.

At No. 1,
Ahmed Hassairi and
Haithem Rabbouche picked up a 6-1 win over Waldo Bosch and Gabriel Kian. The team of
Rafael Gonzalez and
Alfonso Robinson earned a 6-2 win over Owen Brumfield and Noah Snipes, while
Anton Hofmann and
Matthew Rodgers beat Michael Schiesz and Len Spanier 7-6 (7-3).

The Bears then earned wins in all six singles matches.

Rabbouche beat Bosch at No. 1 6-3, 6-1, while Hofmann handled Spanier 3-6, 4-2, 6-3.

Hassairi earned a win at No. 3 over Torben Paas 6-0, 6-2, while Hofmann beat Kian 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4

Rodgers won at No. 5 6-1, 6-2 over Brumfield, while Gonzalez beat Snipes 6-2, 6-0.

The Bears will resume action on Thursday afternoon, visiting Milligan (Tenn.) University. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
