PIKEVILLE, Ky. – It's been nearly two weeks since the University of Pikeville volleyball team played on its home floor where it resumes play inside UPIKE Gym at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday against UVa.-Wise.

Tuesday's match is being streamed live on Pike TV, while live stats are also available at the NAIA DakStats site.

Since beating West Virginia Tech 3-0 to open the season in late August, the Bears (3-5) have gone 2-5 after travelling to the Sewanee Invitational for five matches and two Mid-South Conference road losses at No. 7 Georgetown (Ky.) and St. Catharine (Ky.).

UVa.-Wise has played just one match, losing at Brevard (N.C.) 3-1, after starting its season later than normal due to a switch to an NCAA schedule. The Cavaliers are playing their first season outside of the NAIA and MSC.

Last year the Bears lost to UVa.-Wise 3-0 at home and 3-1 on the road. Pikeville has lost the last 10 matches in the series, last winning against the Cavaliers on Sept. 2, 2009 at home.
