Bowling Green, Ky. - The Mid-South Conference announced the MSC 2022 All-Conference awards for men's soccer yesterday. University of Pikeville defender Jon Barragan was named to the Honorable Mention All-Conference Team. 

Coaches within the conference vote on players for the awards as well as the all-conference teams. The players on the all-conference team are voted upon by coaches of opposing teams. 

Barragan started in all of the Bears' games this season. The freshman from Lasarte-Oria, Spain led the team with 1,527 minutes in 18 games played this season. Barragan was a monumental addition to the UPIKE back line that continues to improve.
