Pikeville, KY – The University of Pikeville women's tennis team lost their match Friday afternoon at Bob Amos Complex 7-0 to (RV) Cumberland University. Luisa Diaz and Andrea Hurtado picked up a doubles victory for the Bears, but the Phoenix ultimately won the doubles point.

In singles play, Diaz won her first set, but was forced to forfeit the match due to injury in the second set. A few sets went to a tiebreaker, but Cumberland would win those sets and take the dual.
