Fort Wayne, IN – The University of Pikeville women's tennis team swept their way to victory Tuesday afternoon at the University of Saint Francis (Ind.), 7-0. The Bears won all nine matches, and didn't concede a single game in five sets, and just 12 throughout the whole match.
Luisa Diaz and
Andrea Hurtado took court one doubles 6-1 for their fifth win as a team this season.
Sara Contreras and
Gabriela Guacanes won 6-0 at No. 2 for their first win as a team this year.
Camila Agudelo and
Riley Mullins won 6-2 on court three for their third win this season as a team.
Hurtado won 6-2, 6-0 on court one for her eighth singles win. Guacanes claimed court two 6-0, 6-1 for win six. Diaz won court three 6-0, 6-1 for her sixth win.
Sara Contreras won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 4 for win number six.
Camila Agudelo won at No. 5, 6-0, 6-1 for her third win this season, and
Riley Mullins won 6-1, 6-1 on court six for her seventh win of the year.
