ARLINGTON, Texas – The United States Bowling Congress (USBC) National Selection Committee announced that University of Pikeville Assistant Women's Bowling Coach Breanna Clemmer will be representing Team USA at the 2025 International Bowling Federation World Championships in Hong Kong, China.
Clemmer has been a member of Team USA since 2019. Prior to 2019, she was on the Junior Team USA squad from 2014-2018. Since 2015, Clemmer has earned 10 adult Team USA medals and 11 junior Team USA medals.
Clemmer most recently won the Team USA Trials in 2023 and took home a pair of gold medals at the 2022 Pan Am Bowling Women's Championships.
There will be 22 women's teams representing their respective countries at the 2025 IBF World Championship, which is set to begin with the opening ceremony on Nov. 24.
The first event of the World Championship will be the singles portion of the tournament. Qualifying will be on Nov. 25 and 26, followed by round two, the semifinal, and the final taking place on Nov. 27.
For the doubles portion of the tournament, women's qualifying will be on Nov. 28 with the final three rounds of doubles competition being completed on Nov. 30.
The 2025 IBF World Championships will close out with the trios and team competitions. Trios will be held on Dec. 2, followed by the team competition the next day.
Semifinals and finals for trios will be on Dec. 4, then the tournament will wrap up with the team semifinals and finals on Dec. 5
