Pikeville, KY – UPIKE men's golf has officially inked four-time 4x All A Region Champion Jon Bryant from Pikeville High School. Bryant will join the squad in the fall of 2022, announced Head Coach Dustyn Reinstetle on Thursday evening.

Pikeville High School men's golf has built a reputation as an elite contender in the Kentucky HS circuit, with several regional tournament championships including one in the fall of 2020. Bryant has been a key piece of the team's success, putting together a career that includes 10 wins.

Bryant has been a part of the PHS varsity unit for 7 years and has since compiled a laundry list of achievements including three All Region First-Team selections and four All-A Regional Championships.

This past season, Bryant was selected to play in the prestigious JB Holmes Cup and finished with a 2-0-1 match play record in competition against top golfers in the state.

UPIKE men's golf is gearing up for their spring schedule which is set to begin on Saturday, March 19th at the Berea College Invitational in Richmond, KY.
