KANSAS CITY, Mo. - University of Pikeville Head Men's Golf Coach Dustyn Reinstetle has been named to the NAIA Men's Golf Coaches Association Executive Committee.
Reinstsetle, now in his fifth season at the helm of UPike men's golf and his second as AAC Men's Golf Chair, will be serving as the committee Secretary. His position came about after being nominated at the GCAA Convention back in December, then was voted by his fellow NAIA men's golf coaches to be on the committee during the last committee election.
"I'm truly honored to be named to the NAIA Men's Golf Executive Committee. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve our coaches and student athletes in the years ahead, and to work alongside some of the best leaders in our sport at the NAIA level. As a proud UPIKE Alumni and Head Coach of the very program I competed in, I'm very thankful for the support, mentorship, and development that the University and Athletic Department have provided since I first stepped onto campus in 2015. I look forward to serving in this new role and continuing to strengthen NAIA Men's Golf for current and future student athletes," said Reinstetle.
Reinstetle will be serving alongside committee President Kevin Long of Texas Wesleyan University, First Vice President Chris Butler of Lindsey Wilson University (Ky.), Second Vice President Scott Seymour of MidAmerica Nazarene, and Past President Evans Nichols of Reinhardt University (Ga.).
